Download Fleet Go, sign in with the email and password your dispatcher set up, and accept Camera, Notifications, and Location prompts when the app asks for them.
Starting a shift & the 6-photo inspection
Swipe to start, scan the vehicle QR, then walk around and shoot six photos in order: Dashboard, Left, Front, Right, Back, Cargo. This chapter covers the entire pre-drive flow in Fleet Go.
During the shift
What you actually see in Fleet Go while on shift: the active-shift card, the optional shift timer, the offline banner, and the Report Incident button.
Reporting an incident from the road
Pull over first. Then tap Report Incident, work through type, details, description, location, photos, and review, and submit.
Ending a shift
Park at the depot and swipe to close your shift. Your dispatcher reviews the completed shift from the web dashboard.
Profile, language & help
What's actually inside the Profile tab: profile picture, the language switcher across ten languages, and signing out. Notification toggles live in your phone's system settings.
